Terms and ConditionsThe contract is between "The Purchaser" (you) and "The Supplier" (Sue Edmunds). A legally binding contract will only arise once The Supplier has received full payment from you for the goods and services offered on this website and has notified you of acceptance of your order by email to the email address given by you in the order form. Pricing Where pricing is not available or is incorrect or has been altered, your order will only be processed once The Supplier has agreed a price with you verbally or by email. Payment Your credit or debit card is debited immediately or shortly after you confirm your payment with PayPal. You will only receive a confirmation of order if the payment is valid and completed. The Supplier reserves the right to cancel, refund and refuse any order that appears to be in any way suspicious or fraudulent. Delivery Please appreciate that goods are unique one of a kind articles, hand made and not made to a template. The Supplier can only fulfil a limited number of orders per week. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the goods. The Supplier reserves the right to refund orders that cannot be fulfilled within 28 days. Postage and packing prices vary depending on The Purchaser's location. If there is any change to the delivery charge The Supplier will notify you before your order is accepted. Ownership of the goods passes to you upon posting. Extra postal insurance is available. The Supplier cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items. In the event of loss or damage during delivery, compensation should be sought from the postal services. The Purchaser is responsible for any taxes, customs or import duties, rules or regulations which may affect The Purchaser. Cancelling The goods are hand made items commissioned personally by you. Once work has begun on the items The Supplier regrets full refunds cannot be given in the event of cancellation. A £10 cancellation fee will be charged. The remainder of your refund will be returned to your account within 28 days of the cancellation request. Defective Items If goods are defective (i.e. there is a "mistake") upon delivery you must contact The Supplier via email with details of the defect. Once goods have been returned to The Supplier and The Supplier is satisfied that they are indeed defective, a replacement will be offered. Please pack your goods carefully. If an item is not found to be in the condition in which it was sent, no refund will be given. Items lost in transit are not refundable by The Supplier. Therefore please send via an insured postage method. Safety The goods are not toys and are fragile. They should not be used as toys or given to children to play with. They are intended only as ornaments and collector's items and should be treated with respect. Liability The Supplier is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or loss of profits arising out of the supply or failure to supply the goods to you. Communication No statement in any communication from The Supplier to you should be interpreted to override or vary these terms and conditions. |
