Ordering FAQsWho are you? The fairies on sale here are made and sold by Sue Edmunds via Emma Davies's website. Is my fairy unique? Yes. Each fairy is hand-made by Sue and is a one-of-a-kind collector's item. Sue does not use moulds and each fairy takes about two days to make. How long does the fairy take to deliver? Sue asks you allow her 28 days for delivery in case she has a backlog or needs to take some time off. Where do you deliver to? Anywhere! What are the delivery charges? Between £5 to £16 depending on whether you are in the UK or overseas, and whether you want extra insurance on your delivery. Just select your country from the dropdown on the Buy your Fairy page and you will see the full price. Can I order a customised fairy? Yes. Sue makes many kinds of models, including fairies, mermaids, vampires and animals. Please use the contact form to contact us, but bear in mind Sue can only make a few models per week and you may be charged extra. The shop is closed... but can you squeeze me in? That depends if you have a good enough reason! Please use the contact form to contact us, but please remember Sue can only make a few models per week and you may be charged extra. I need my fairy soon! If your order is a birthday gift or there are special circumstances, we will try to accommodate your requirements! Are the fairies suitable for children? The fairies are not toys and are quite delicate. They are clay sculptures with realistic hair and eyelashes, and glass eyes. They make lovely, sentimental presents for children to keep and grow up with, but they should not be played with. |
