Ashamed
she never stops.
worms eat her gut
mould puffs her fingers
she sinks quietly into
the moss
a kingdom of flies
envelops all she ever was
she is aware of how
the sky is blue then black
the sun's six legged crawl,
the moon's eight legged crawl.
water laps
trees dream.
when they find her
she is ashamed of how she looks.
